The Alzheimer's Association Northeastern New York chapter is hosting a free Caregiver Conference on Wednesday, June 7, from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Desmond Hotel in Albany. There will be presentations and discussions around topics such as preparing for disease progression and transition between stages, legal and financial planning, and advances in research.
