Tracy Villaume

Originally from Brooklyn, Tracy moved upstate when she was eight and grew up in the Lake George area. After some time away, she returned to the Capital Region about 20 years ago and has spent more than a decade on the air locally. She began her career in television and radio news before making the move to music radio—and now she’s excited to join Star Saratoga!

A true ’80s kid, Tracy loves that so much of the music on Star is the soundtrack she grew up with. Her approach to radio is pretty simple: talk to listeners the same way she’d talk to friends—about the music, life, family and whatever everyone happens to be talking about that day.

Off the air, Tracy is raising teenagers Emma and Jack, teaches at Siena College, creates art, and hangs out with her dog, Frankie. She’s spent plenty of time in Saratoga over the years and is excited to become an even bigger part of the community.
